Important info

I'm changing how I run things a little bit. Since I don't operate through a website, I've individually DM'd customers tracking/updates on customs.
As the shops grown, it's become really hectic to constantly update every single order, as I've had such an increase in traffic.

From now on, I will update when I ship/custom progress through my story.
I will make a highlight named 'updates' and put all relevant posts there to keep everyone up to date on their orders!

Once shipped, most packages in the US will arrive in 2-5 days.

Policies

I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.♡
For premades, payment is due immediately once claimed. 48 hour holds ARE available for $7, if you are unable to fully pay at the time of claim.
If chosen to back out of the claim, the $7 is non-refundable.♡
Deco pacis are handmade, there might be minor imperfections that come with being handmade. Please don't be that person and ask for compensation for something silly.♡
I make sure to pack my pacis very carefully, so there will be no issues during shipping. I am not responsible for what usps does with your package after it leaves my hands.
In the event something does fall off, e6000 glue will fix it!!

Payment

I take both paypal and cashapp, so whichever you're more comfy with using!

If paying with Paypal, please select f&f option. If you wish to proceed with goods and services option Paypal will charge an extra 3% of the total item price(which I will calculate for you at checkout)

Shipping

I ship 2-4 times a month.

Shipping to the US is a flat $6 to compensate shipping & handling.

Please make sure you double check the address you give me. I will ship it to THAT address. If it returns back to me because of a mistake on your part, you are responsible for the shipping back to you again.

I am not responsible for lost mail. I recommend dealing with the postal service in the event of that happening.

Customs

The turnaround time for customs can range from as less as 1 week to 3 months at MAX.
It all depends on my workload in the shop AND real life.

Customs will be completed in the order from which they're received, unless I'm waiting on supplies for specific customs. Then I will work on later orders while waiting for the needed supplies for the older orders.
If specified you're in a rush, I will prioritize your order as best I can to get it shipped out to you.

As a note: To prevent from wasting supplies/time, customs that aren't paid in full when placed, will not be prioritized until a majority of payment is made. Only then I will start working on your paci!
Keep in mind, whatever money you put as a down payment, is still non-refundable if you decide to back out.
